Office Hours We are open Monday through Friday 8 AM. until 4 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Our fax order line is open 24 hours a day, and you can place your orders on-line anytime as well. All messages left on our answering system will be answered the next business day. Warranty & Refunds All our products carry a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer, and a 30-day warranty on used or reconditioned parts. You may exchange or return products for any reason for 30 days after purchase less shipping and handling. Call us or contact us before returning an item, we will issue you a return number. We will not accept returns without an assigned return number. Shipping Same-day shipping on most orders placed before 2 PM CST Monday through Friday. Shipping within the continental USA is:
Pricing of Tracks and Rails include a $10 UPS up-charge. For Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and US territories add $5.00 to the above charges. UPS 3 Day Select (delivery in 3 business days) add $5.00, UPS Second Day Air (guaranteed 2 business days) add $10.00, UPS Next Day Air (guaranteed next business day) add $20.00. Most of our orders are shipped using UPS. If they are, a tracking number is issued. In some instances, UPS does not offer Regular Ground Service, in which case, we will ship via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) and NO tracking number is issued. Transit times within the US vary between 1-7 business days via UPS Ground depending on your location.
